Felt like cooking something special tonight so I made butterflied lamb leg with baked potatoes, bacon curly tails and baked egg in tomato.
Clockwise from bottom left: Chipolatas with bacon served with tomato chutney, baked egg in tomato, butterflied lamb leg with baked potatoes served with baby rocket and baby spinach.
Was supposed to wrap the bacon around the chipolatas and secure with toothpicks but we didn’t have any at home 😦
The egg was a little overcooked to my liking as well, sigh. I wanted it to be runny!
The lamb was yummy! The portion was way too big for me though so I got Kin to help finish mine, hahahaha!
